Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Smart Spacer. As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Smart Spacer. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Smart Spacer, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the you bought, or if you are not happy with it, please reach out to us via phone or via our contact page — please give us the opportunity to help. If you receive a new item that is defective or malfunctioning at the time of receipt, we will replace or refund the item at Smart Spacer’s sole discretion. Under these situations, we will pay for shipping replacements and/or shipping the parts to be returned. That said, for problems related to the shipping carrier, you should refuse the package or make a claim directly to the insurance carrier.
Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to accept returns for other reasons, unless we’ve approved it in writing. In those cases, shipping will be at Customer’s expense.
We at ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
But as with any company or service, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order in our sole discretion. You will be contacted about it as soon as possible so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
While items are packed so that they won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Smart Spacer is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation. If you see a damaged package, refuse the package. And if you have accepted the package, damages would be handled through the shipping carrier used. Due to the nature of our products, our standard return and refund policies are:
- We DO NOT allow returns on products sold, whether online or in retail outlets.
- Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made, whether online or in retail store.
- We DO NOT allow exchanges of our products.
- Unless specifically labeled otherwise, we DO NOT engage in refurbished, used or other non-new versions of products.

For International Orders:
- If you cancel the order before we process it and dispatch for shipping, a refund can be processed. Orders can be as little as 1 day to process before dispatch.
- Orders already in shipping cannot be returned, canceled or refunded.
